I've listened to a few podcasts featuring James Clear and his story is definitely an incredible one. He clearly breaks down several different ways to develop a good habit and this applies to everyday life and practicing music. I talk to my own students about his tips in the book and try to apply them to my own life. Definitely a must-have in my library.
